“High Performance Front-end DC/DC Converter for Distributed Power System” In the field of VLSI, Digital Power Systems consume a high quantity of power owing to the high density of transistors. To fully appreciate the efficiency of these high-end systems, prudent Power Management is of paramount importance. Among the different management techniques studied to make DPS compatible with our requirements, Range winding and asymmetric winding technique limits the switching frequency while Resonant Converter (SRC), Parallel Resonant Converter (PRC) and Series Parallel Resonant Converter (SPRC) fail to provide hold-up time requirement. |
